Branching Out
Branching Out is done, blocked, and ironed.
Ironed?
Yes. I used Artfibers Golden Chai (tussah silk), same yarn I used for the Flower Basket Shawl, and wore it to Artfibers (it was the first one they had actually seen in person). Anyway, they suggested ironing it, and I thought I'd use my leftover ball to make the scarf and try the iron on that one first.
Ironing turned out to be a Good Thing. It makes it shiny. And flat, of course, which is nice for lace.

Iron vs. Scarf

The finished scarf. A respectable 55 inches long (around 21 pattern repeats).
